The homestead was built in 1922.
There are 4 bedrooms,each containg two single beds. Linen and doonas/blankets are supplied. 
A large lounge room with TV (VAST satellite) DVD player , plus a selection of DVDs and a variety of books and table games. 
There are cool enclosed verandahs built to catch Summer breezes off the river .
There is a  large bright Kitchen with both gas and electric stoves, a microwave and plenty of fridge space . The Large table is built to enjoy a meal, or to sit around & yarn with friends/family. 
A toilet is outside, in the same old building as the laundry .
